Terms and Conditions

Latest update: March 12, 2026

We buy and sell precious metals products. When you wish to liquidate part of your portfolio, you may sell your metals to us. When you wish to purchase precious metals for your portfolio, you may buy from us.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
These terms and conditions govern (i) the purchase of precious metals by Royal Mint Collection Inc. (“Royal Mint Collection,” “we,” “us”) from a seller (the “Seller”), and (ii) the sale of precious metals by Royal Mint Collection to a buyer (the “Buyer”). By offering to sell to us, selling to us, offering to buy from us, or purchasing from us — including through our website, email, or telephone number listed thereon — you represent that you have the legal capacity to accept these terms and that you agree to them on your own behalf and, where applicable, on behalf of any entity you represent. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Market Price / Price Determination

Precious metals are commodities whose prices fluctuate constantly. You acknowledge that Royal Mint Collection alone determines (i) the purchase price when buying precious metals, and (ii) the sale and buyback prices when selling precious metals. Due to market volatility, any offer to buy or sell must be placed by telephone, email, or via our website in accordance with these terms.

Trading Activity

During periods of high activity, it may be difficult to reach us. We process transactions exclusively by telephone, email, or through our website. We do not accept instructions by any other means.

Contract Formation / Irrevocability

When you place a transaction, you enter into a legally binding agreement to (i) deliver the precious metals sold to us, or (ii) pay the full amount for the precious metals purchased. No cancellation is permitted prior to full delivery (sale) or full payment (purchase). After full payment, a buyback request may be made in accordance with the “Buyback Terms” below.

Email Confirmation

Following confirmation, we will send you an order confirmation. Failure to receive an email does not invalidate the transaction. You are responsible for configuring your email filters to receive our communications.

Shipping of Precious Metals

Sale to Royal Mint Collection:

The client agrees to ship the products within a maximum of two (2) business days following confirmation of the transaction, unless otherwise agreed for in-person delivery. The products must be received within a maximum of seven (7) business days following the transaction date. Insurance provided by Royal Mint Collection applies only once the designated secured carrier has taken possession of the package. Prior to such possession, responsibility remains with the client. In the event of a delivery delay beyond the prescribed timeframe, Royal Mint Collection reserves the right to cancel the transaction and recalculate the price based on the market rate in effect at the time of receipt, or to apply market hedge fees equivalent to 0.75% per business day of delay, calculated starting from the eighth (8th) business day. In the event of non-compliance with shipping procedures, an administrative fee of $500 may be applied.

Purchase from Royal Mint Collection:

Within five (5) business days following receipt of full payment (excluding longer clearing delays), we will prepare shipment subject to availability. The address provided must be accurate, and you must be available to receive delivery. Delays may occur due to increased demand or reduced supply. We will attempt to post delivery timelines on our website and/or via email.

The client must be present at the delivery address. In the event of a missed delivery, the client has two (2) business days to retrieve the package from the designated local depot (based on the depot’s actual business days). After this period, any insurance coverage provided by Royal Mint Collection becomes void. If the package is not collected within the carrier’s timeframe, it will be returned to us at the buyer’s expense and risk.

If you redirect delivery or waive the signature requirement, you assume all associated risks. Any incident or delay of less than 48 hours must be reported to us immediately, and you must cooperate with any investigation procedures (insurer, police, carrier).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any confirmed transaction — whether by email, website, telephone, or in person — is final and non-cancellable. No full or partial refunds are permitted. Upon confirmation, Royal Mint Collection commits to pre-ordering and/or paying for the products on your behalf to secure the transaction at the prevailing market price. Any cancellation request results in significant financial losses for the seller. Accordingly, the buyer must fully reimburse Royal Mint Collection for all losses incurred, in addition to fixed administrative fees of $500 for investment products and $100 for numismatic products. Amounts due must be paid within twenty-four (24) business hours. Failure to pay within this period will result in immediate transfer of the account to a collection agency and will no longer be the responsibility of Royal Mint Collection.

Late Payment and Interest

Any amount not paid by the due date will bear interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per year), calculated monthly and prorated based on the number of days overdue, starting the day after the due date until full payment is made.

In the event of late payment, Royal Mint Collection also reserves the right to charge fixed administrative fees of up to $100, without prejudice to any other remedies provided herein, including cancellation of the transaction, liquidation of positions, or transfer of the account to a collection agency.

In the event of payment default exceeding five (5) business days following the applicable due date, the account shall automatically be transferred to Dixon Commercial Investigators Inc., the designated collection agency. Upon transfer, the file is no longer under the responsibility of Royal Mint Collection. The client irrevocably acknowledges and agrees that Dixon Commercial Investigators Inc. may undertake, without further notice or delay, any and all of the following actions:

  1. Formal Notice of Default: Issuance of an official written demand requiring immediate and full payment.
  1. Collection Communications: Multiple lawful telephone, electronic, and written communications seeking full payment.

  1. Credit Reporting: Immediate reporting of the payment default to applicable credit reporting agencies.
  1. Formal Demand Letter: Issuance of a legal demand letter requiring full payment within the specified timeframe.
  1. Legal Proceedings: Commencement of legal proceedings without further notice, including but not limited to:
    • Filing of court action
    • Obtaining judgment
    • Wage garnishment
    • Bank account seizure
    • Seizure of movable or immovable property
    • Any other lawful enforcement measure

 The client agrees that:

  • all necessary personal and contractual information may be disclosed to Dixon Commercial Investigators Inc.;
  • all collection costs, professional fees, legal fees, court costs, and enforcement expenses shall be added to the outstanding balance;
  • contractual interest shall continue to accrue until full payment;
  • no payment arrangement or negotiation is guaranteed or required.

The client acknowledges that payment default may result in significant financial and legal consequences.

Confidentiality

To process your transaction with Royal Mint Collection, we may collect personal information (name, contact details, addresses, payment data, etc.) and retain records or audio recordings, in accordance with our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). You warrant that all information provided is accurate and consent to being contacted by us (phone, text message, email) to facilitate transactions. Identification may be requested in case of doubt. Any failure to provide required information will result in cancellation of your order, and the cancellation policy will apply.

If received by carrier, payment via bank transfer will be made within five (5) business days following receipt of the metals, subject to authentication and conformity with the signed order confirmation. For in-person delivery, payment will be made within five (5) business days following delivery.

Purchase: You must submit full payment within thirty-six (36) business hours; we must receive it within forty-eight (48) business hours. Amounts include products, shipping, handling, and applicable fees. Notify Royal Mint Collection support immediately in case of delay to preserve pricing; otherwise, liquidation may occur. In the absence of payment, the cancellation policy applies. We may implement anti-fraud controls, delay, cancel, or recall any shipment in case of suspected fraud and cooperate with authorities.

Right of Inspection and Rejection

Upon receipt of your packages (sale), we may reject, amend, or liquidate the transaction in the event of late or defective packages, non-compliant contents, excessive wear, or non-compliance with these terms. Packages must be postmarked within thirty-six (36) business hours and received within ten (10) business days. Damaged packages will be refused and returned to you. If discrepancies are identified, we will contact you and may require analysis at your expense. Associated costs may be deducted from payment.

Packaging / International Shipments

Precious metals must be shipped in accordance with the precious metals return procedures provided at the time of the transaction. Any failure to follow these procedures may result in a $100 administrative fee payable under our payment policy. Shipments to Canada require appropriate customs documentation. For international deliveries, you acknowledge responsibility for all duties, taxes, fees, brokerage charges, and documentation required by your country.

Buyback Terms

After full payment (even prior to shipment), you may sell your products back to us at the prevailing buyback rate. These terms apply and may be amended.

Calculation of Time Limits / Price Alerts / Best Price Guarantee / Coupons
