Buying from Royal Mint Collection takes five simple steps, from the all-inclusive price through to insured delivery.
- You open your account and place your order: opening an account is required before any transaction and takes under five minutes. You can then order by phone, by email or on our website. You are given an all-inclusive price: product, shipping and insurance fees included.
- We lock in your price: you receive your invoice. From that moment, we secure your products in your name at the prevailing market rate.
- You pay: in Canadian dollars. We are registered as a payee with most major Canadian banks, add us as a bill in your online banking, enter your invoice number, and the payment is applied directly to your account.
- We prepare your shipment: as soon as your payment is received. Discreet packaging: no mention of value or contents on the parcel.
- You receive your order: insured delivery, with signature. If you miss the delivery, pick up your parcel at the depot nearest you within two business days.
