For any cancelled order, administrative costs of $100 are required. In addition, we must take into account any market loss, and if that is the case, you will be required to reimburse the actual amount of the loss. This amount will be charged automatically to your credit card. In the event of a gain in the market, you will not be invoiced for the additional fees.

The price is set in real time based on the price of the LMBA (London Bullion Market Association) which is the world center for the trading of physical precious metals.

In addition to the purchase price, customers will be invoiced for the costs of shipping, handling and insurance, as well as applicable taxes on these items (according to your province or territory). If you take the GardaWorld storage option, fees based on the value of your purchase will be applied.

All products made of gold, silver, platinum and palladium are exempt from TPS, TVH and TVQ.
