Shipping information
The delivery period is within ten business days. However, product availability and seasonal volumes can increase these estimated times. Kindly note that your credit card will be debited as soon as orders been processed. We accept Visa , MasterCard and money orders (Canadian funds) on all transactions.
Note: For security reasons the delivery address must be the same address as the credit card holder. Sorry, we do not accept Cash on Delivery orders (COD).

Your order will be shipped through Canada Post. The Xpresspost service delivers within three to seven business days.
Orders shipped to the United States
Your order will be shipped via Canada Post. The tracked pack USA™ delivery service foresee five to ten business days.

Your order will be shipped using Canada Post’s international service and requires seven to fourteen business days.

Guarantee policy
All Monnaie & Collection Royale products are guaranteed. If you are not entirely satisfied with one of our products, we will be happy to replace it. Simply return the product in its original packaging within 10 days of reception. If a replacement product is not available, a full reimbursement will be issued.
