How will the investment products I ordered be shipped?<\/a><\/div>
\nYour products will be shipped by Canada Post Priority Mail for a maximum value of $25,000 per parcel. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking number. Please note that products must be shipped to a street address and not to a postal box. A signature will be required at the time of delivery.

What is the usual delivery time for investment products?<\/a><\/div>
\nWe ship investment products using Canada Post’s Priority Service and shipment times are approximately 10 business days after receipt of payment <\/div><\/div>\n
What will happen if I am not home when my order is delivered? <\/a><\/div>
If the messenger is not able to make the delivery, a notice indicating where the package is being kept will be left for you. Canada Post will keep the order for a maximum of 10 business days, during which time you can retrieve it. After this time, the package will be returned to us and the return fees will be invoiced to you depending on your location. Don\u2019t forget to have two pieces of identification with you. You will also be asked to sign an acknowledgment of receipt.

Is my package covered by insurance while it is in transit?<\/a><\/div>
\nYes. All of our packages in transit are completely covered by the Lloyd\u2019s of London Insurance Company. Deliveries made by Canada Post Priority Mail service offers coverage up to a maximum of $25,000 per package.<\/div><\/div>\n
How are the investment products packaged?<\/a><\/div>
The gold Maple Leaf coins sold individually are inserted in a transparent vinyl case. For a quantity of ten units, they are packaged in a plastic tube. Silver Maple Leaf coins sold by the unit are inserted into a transparent vinyl case. For a quantity of 25 units, they are packaged in a plastic tube. One-ounce gold ingots are packaged and sealed in a rigid transparent plastic card. The ten-ounce silver ingot is inserted into a transparent vinyl case. No specific packaging for the 100-ounce silver ingot. The one-ounce Maple Leaf Platinum coins are inserted into a transparent vinyl case.

\nYes, our official partner is GardaWorld. MCR takes care of storing your investment products for you.
